Gold Class Care is a 12-month vehicle maintenance program designed to keep your vehicle in top condition, following all manufacturer specifications and servicing intervals.
What’s Included:
- Scheduled Maintenance: All maintenance is carried out strictly in line with your vehicle’s manufacturer specifications—no more, no less.
- Fluids & Filters: All fluids and filters are checked or replaced as required during each scheduled service.
- Lights & Wipers: All globes and wiper blades are inspected at every service and replaced as needed.
- Brakes & Tyres: Brakes and tyres are inspected at every service and replaced if necessary. All replacements meet manufacturer standards. Note: Damage or abuse to tyres is not covered under this program.
- Suspension: Suspension components are inspected and replaced as needed.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage or Accidents: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect is not covered.
- Breakdowns Outside Coverage Area: This program only covers breakdowns within a 100km radius of Moss Vale, NSW 2577.
Breakdown Support:
- Within 100km of Moss Vale: Breakdowns within this area are covered and repairs will be arranged in a timely manner, provided the issue is not due to abuse or damage.
- Outside 100km: Breakdowns outside this area are not covered under this program.
Your Responsibilities:
- Timely Servicing: It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is serviced on time and in line with your manufacturer’s recommended schedule.
- Contract Breach: Failure to service the vehicle within the required time frame will void this agreement. Gold Class Care accepts no liability if these terms are not met.
